& Professional Markets
If you've got as far as looking, or 'Googling' an organisation providing services to authors, you must be serious about your work. This means you are thinking professionally, which is essential if you are going to compete with the thousands of authors seeking recognition in today's marketplace.
BPL exists to help you achieve your goal. We can provide, or obtain for you, most of the services you require to produce the high standard of work mandatory today.
The objective of every author is to be published. BPL will help authors to either find a publisher, although this is not guaranteed, or to arrange self-publishing if this is what our client wants to do.
However, BPL can help you both to improve your work and also sell it via this website. This is our feature, found on our 'Services' page whereby you can, by means of an interactivity, receive criticism of your work from readers.
We also offer online book sales, available by download from the site, or PDF file. Disks can also be ordered by arrangement. BPL will arrange ISBN requirements for electronic and CD books. If self-publishing, ISBN's will be obtained by your publisher, although BPL will arrange library copies to enable you to enjoy the benefit of the The British Lending Library royalties. If you are fortunate enough to have a mainstream publisher then all publishing details will be completed by them.
The BPL site is still under construction, but all events can now be added; the Catalogue Index is vertsatile so if you have books for sale, of any kind, or magazines, this feature can now be used. Let us know if you are unable to find a suitable category for your item for sale and we will provide it. You will discover, you can add your comments, in the form of reviews, to any book displayed on this site, whether in electronic or regular format.
If you have any queries at all, please do not hesitate to contact us.
